Kotha AI helps shops answer their Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp inboxes. We process messages, names, phone numbers and delivery addresses that customers send to a connected page, solely to generate replies and capture orders on the shop's behalf.
What we store
Conversation messages, captured orders, and the product and FAQ knowledge provided by the shop.
Retention & deletion
Data is retained while the shop's account is active. A customer or a shop may request deletion at any time — see the data deletion route below. We act as a data processor on behalf of the shop.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion. Meta users can also trigger deletion through Facebook's app settings, which calls our deletion endpoint automatically.

Shops can reach us from the support section of their Kotha AI dashboard. Customers should contact the shop they ordered from, which can escalate the request to us on their behalf.
